Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was disappointed with our room next to the gardens as it seemed dirty and falling apart. We decided not to eat at the hotel due to this experience. However, the staff's exceptional service truly deserves recognition for being attentive and serving piping hot, amazing food. The setting of the location was lovely, but the 'garden wing' was a letdown compared to the 'manor' itself. The dining experience offered a delicious variety of food, but the price for drinks was quite high. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, with some aspects shining brightly and others falling short.
The hotel had some areas that could be improved, like the outdated decor and occasional issues with services, but it offered a comfortable stay with peaceful surroundings. The location was lovely despite some shortcomings.
